		<description><![CDATA[I think that, in the process of becoming a boss, some people tend to have less time for certain things and just get tired of criticism or bad news. Therefore, a person that always inflates their ego or tell them that everything is alright, is the type of person that they would rather have around.
Think of it this way: is a boss a good boss if they are surrounded by suck-ups?]]></description>
